Not possible to change the default value for a foreign key -
Description
In Toad Data Modeler version 3.0.13, in the 'Edit Attribute' window, it's not possible to change the default value of a foreign key in the child table. The Default field is greyed out.

Issue fixed in Toad Data Modeler v3.1.5. The latest version of Toad Data Modeler can be downloaded here. -
