Convert from logical to physical model gives "Script ConversionDataType has not been found" error.
Resolution

WORKAROUND 1:
Reset settings directory for Toad Data Modeler.
1. Exit Toad
2. Go to C:\Users\<personal folder>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software
3. Find the Toad Data Modeler folder and rename this (i.e. Toad Data Modeler_old).
4. Start Toad and try to convert the logical model to physical again.
Note: Resetting the directory will remove any settings configurations. These may need to be manually reconfigured in Toad Data Modeler.
WORKAROUND 2:
If the error continue to reture after restting the directory, uninstall/reinstall TDM.
1. Use Window's Add/Remove Programs to uninstall.
2. Manually go to the settings directory and remove this, C:\Users\<personal folder>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Modeler.
3. Reinstall Toad.
