Ability to move handles (anchors) where relationship lines connect to entities.

Cause
Relationships automatically link the closest sides of entities. Anchor is always placed in the middle of the entity box side and it's not possible to alter it.

This enhancement has been implemented in Toad Data Modeler 5.4, which can be downloaded here.
