Error message "OCI is not initialized" -
Description
I connect to my Oracle database and perform reserve engineering. I need to perform a second reverse engineering and so click on File | New Model then File | Reverse engineering and pick the same alias as before. Once I click on "Connect", I get the Error message "OCI is not initialized"

The issue has been fixed in version 2.25 of Toad Data Modeler. The latest version of Toad Data Modeler can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp
