TDM 6.3 gets an Access Violation in module 'TDM.exe' when converting a Logical Model to Physical Model (SQL Server 2014). (4301658)

Created a Logical Model from scratch. When attempting to convert it to a Physical Model (SQL Server 2014), TDM crashes with the errors below. 

ERRORS:

1)
Error during model conversion. See details in Message Explorer.

2)
Access violation at address 00000000034E3534 in module 'TDM.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000000.

Issue does not happen on Toad Data Modeler 6.4.  Please download and use TDM 6.4 instead.  You can download it here:  https://support.quest.com/download-product-select
