The Task/Activity Tab

The Task/Activity tab displays a list of all project tasks. It is similar to the Task/Time tab on a CSR window with the exception that this list has an additional column indicating the number of the CSR to which the task belongs.

Adding a New Task

You can add tasks to a project at any time.

The Gantt Chart Tab

Gantt charts help you recognize potential resource conflicts, overdue assignments, stagnant activity, and schedule inconsistencies. In Stat, the Gantt chart displays all the CSRs and tasks associated with a project in an easy-to-read format.

The Gantt chart is divided into two regions, CSR/Task List and Timescale, which are marked by a thick vertical splitter. You can scroll these regions separately, using the scroll bars located in each region.

The CSR/Task List Region

The CSR/Task list region displays read-only information about CSRs and tasks.

Displays the CSR number and a brief description, followed by its tasks. The list is sorted chronologically by start date.

The start date and time of the CSR and task.

The due date and time of the CSR and task.

The life cycle of the CSR or task measured in days and hours.

The completion percentage of the tasks.

The user responsible for the CSR or task.
