The timestamp for when the workload statistics were last reset. Any of the following events trigger DB2 to reset the statistics:
A call to the procedure WLM_COLLECT_STATS
A completion of the time interval defined by the WLM_COLLECT_INT database configuration parameter
Database reactivation
A modification to the workload definition
