This chart allows you to graphically compare the number of times a buffer with a dirty page was requested from cache.
This causes a wait while the buffer has to be flushed to disk because, when a process attempts to fetch a buffer from cache, and it finds a dirty page at the LRU end of the cache, it has to wait while the buffer is written to disk. If this value is nonzero, find out which caches are affected, since this represents a serious performance hit.
