The number of times that applications or connections waited for locks.
On the Databases drilldown, Statistics tab, the count shown is the total number of times that applications had to wait for locks within this database.
On the Client Application Analysis drilldown, Statistics tab, the count shown is the total number of times that this connection requested a lock but had to wait because there was another connection holding a lock.
