This chart displays the amount of time taken for the target device to service an I/O request.
If the sustained service time of any disk is excessive, you should try to move your data onto under-utilised disks. Note that the term 'excessive' might have different meanings on different machines, however.
If you are seeing long service times and low data throughput, then the fsflush process could be the culprit – Inodes are flushed every 30 seconds by this process.
