Piped Sorts Accepted

The number of piped sorts that have been accepted. Every active sort allocates memory, sometimes using up too much of the available memory. The SORTHEAP and SHEAPTHRES parameters are important controls on memory usage for sorts. A piped sort is not accepted if SHEAPTHRES is going to be exceeded when the sort heap is allocated.

In a multiple-partition database, information is presented for each active partition on the system. An All Nodes row keeps a running total for all partitions. In a single-partition database, only the All Nodes information is presented.
