The standard deviation (in milliseconds) of the time that coordinator activities (belonging to nesting level 0 only) spent in queues in this service subclass. This value is based on queue times measured since statistics were last reset.
Note: This value is available only if the COLLECT AGGREGATE ACTIVITY DATA clause is enabled in the service class definition. Additionally, this statistic might display -1 if the associated histogram is not large enough to handle the historical data needed to calculate this value.
