Users can create an Excel sheet report of the Hyper Backup tab. The report will be a replica of the Hyper Backup jobs seen in the User Interface, providing users with source and target, and the state of the migration.
In order to create a report, click the Excel icon in the Hyper Backup sub panel:
This will generate a report which looks like the following:
The Update Credentials functionality will allow users to set a new password for their Hyper Backup projects.
The Update Credentials option is accessible from the right click menu when hovering over a backup project. This option will give you the ability to update encrypted (DES algorithm) passwords and users stored in the config file.
NOTE: check connection is not supported at the Update Credentials point, and if you make an error in username or password when a new backup update or restore is performed, it will fail with an unauthorized error.
Selecting the Update Credentials option from the right click menu will then open the Update Password screen. Enter the username, a new password, and then confirm the new password.
NOTE: If the hyper backup project was originally created via a Claims connection, the Update Credentials options could be available, and users can use this option to set a direct connection specified user and password.
Selecting the Update Credentials option from the backup tab, will update the password for all projects in the backup navigator where the provided user is found. This option allows clients to update certain user passwords for all projects where this password was used, rather than having to do it one by one.
The Delete Tab button is available on the Hyper Backup tab, and is used to remove all finished jobs and their configurations (Successful, Paused, Failed) and leave the non-started jobs and in progress jobs in the hmigration folder in .metadata.
NOTE: The project folder should not be touched, the backup project should not disappear from the Backup navigator.
A warning will pop up, notifying you that you are about to delete ALL successful, paused, and failed jobs, along with their logs, from the Hyper Backup Tab and workspace. Click Ok to continue.
Once the operation has complete, you must hit refresh once the removal has completed.
