The Mailbox Backup feature is automatically disabled in Essentials. In order to continue using this feature, you must manually enable it by doing the following.
1.Navigate to the Help tab in Essentials.
2.Select Profile Manager.
3.Select Hyper Migration/Backup in Profile Manager.
4. Navigate to the "Classic Mailbox Backup" setting. Mark it in order to Enable the feature.
5.Click Apply to apply the changes, and then Close to close the Profile Manager.
