Permission Level Access

This window displays the users or groups that have been granted the specified Permisson Level to the selected location. It may be accessed by right clicking on a site from the Navigation Pane and selecting the option Analysis > Permission Level Access.  From the dialog, select from the dropdown menu which Permission Level to be used in the analysis.  When the analysis is complete, the report will display the list of users, groups and group memberhsip which have been granted access with that permission level and to which objects (site/subsites, lists or items).

NOTE: If a user has both Design and Contribute, then this user will appear in both the "Design" and "Contribute" permisison level access reports.

This window features drill-down capabilities to either view this user or group's permission level in the default web browser (right click menu) or to export the results to a CSV file (toolbar option).

Security Manager - SharePoint Permission Level Access report

Site Collection Administrators

This window displays a list of all Site Collection Administrators to this specific site collection.

To view and export a list of Site Collection Administrators for any SharePoint 2010 or 2013 location:

1.Connect to this location in the Essentials Navigator

2.Select a site or sub-site

3.Right click and select Permissions > Show Site Collection Administrators

4.The list of Site Collection Administrator usernames, login and email will be displayed in the report section.  If you wish to export this list, click the CSV Report button in the report's toolbar.

Users with Permissions to Object

This window displays a listing of all users with access to the selected object.  It may be invoked by selecting a farm/tenant, site, list or library from the Navigation Pane or an item from a Content Pane and then pressing the Users with permissions to Object button in the Security Analysis section of the ribbon.

This window features drill-down capabilities to reveal how access was granted. Additional capabilities can also be exposed using the right-click menu or the ribbon.
