When a connection is open and its content visible, you will have several options available to assist with the copying functionality. This includes the following.
·Cut - Select one or more objects to move them from this location, similar to the native function in Windows File Explorer.
·Copy - Select one or more objects to copy them from this location, similar to the native function in Windows File Explorer.
·Paste - Navigate to the location where you wish to paste the selected content. Please note that this target location does not have to be the same connection. You may choose any other SharePoint, SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business location, including those nested in folders.
·Create folder - This will create a new folder in the current location. Supported for read and write connections only.
·Delete - This will permanently delete the currently selected files and folders. There is no undo option nor recycle bin, so please be very sure before using this option. Supported for read and write connections only.
·Import from SharePoint - Reserved for internal use only
·Export to SharePoint - This option will copy the selected content from your source to the target document library from which the application was launched. This is particularly useful is you are only copying to a single target library and therefore only have to operate (select content) from your source rather than switching between source and target locations. Once you have completed copying all the content, exit out of the app and refresh your target document library to see the newly copied objects.
NOTE: Up to 20 items (files and folders) will be displayed per page. If you have more than 20 items in your view, please click the left and right arrows at the bottom to page through your content.
