The Paste Duplicate List option allows you to migrate a list that already exists on the target site, by giving it a new name (and allowing you to configure different copying options).
This option is only available when Advanced Mode is enabled.
Library Type/Connection Type Limitations
The Paste Duplicate List option is not available for the Library/Connection Type combinations listed in the following table.

To paste a duplicate list:
1.In Explorer View, select the list that you want to duplicate to the target site.
2.Right-click and choose Copy List.
3.Select the site to which you want to paste the list.
4.Right-click and choose Paste Duplicate List.
5.In the Rename Settings dialog, enter a new List Name and (optionally) List Title.
6.Click [OK].
The Configure List Copying Options dialog displays.
7.Continue with Configuring Copying Options.
To initiate a SharePoint item-level migration:
1.In the Explorer View, navigate to the list that contains the item(s) you want to copy.
2.Switch to the Items View.
3.Select the items that you want to migrate (items can be multi-selected by holding the Ctrl button and clicking on another item).
4.Right-click and choose Copy Selected Item(s).
5.Select the target list or folder.
6. Right-click and choose Paste Selected Items (or Paste Item Objects).
Continue with Configuring Copying Options.
The Paste [Object] dialog provides a tabbed interface that enables you to configure a migration according to your specifications. Available tabs will vary based on the type of migration that you initiated.
Unless Advanced Mode is enabled, when you initiate a migration, a simplified Configure Copy Options dialog displays which allows you to configure a migration using modern, streamlined controls and some of the most popular migration options preset by default.
You can:
·select a specific tab on the left side of the dialog
OR
·click [Next] to navigate through tabs in order
OR
·click [Skip to End] to view the Summary tab, which displays a list of currently-configured options.
If you want to configure options that require Advanced Mode and/or change default options, click the [Advanced Mode] button, which will both enable Advanced Mode and display the "advanced" interface, allowing you to configure additional options.
You can switch back to simplified Mode at any time by clicking the [Simplified Mode] button.
