Note:

When upgrading from an earlier version (for example, from 5.0.1.8 to the latest EA build), the following scenarios may occur:

Case 1: If the user is able to log in after the upgrade but SSL is not enabled, a new SSL certificate must be created to restore secure communication.
Case 2: If the user is unable to log in, try accessing the application using a different browser or clear the existing browser cache and settings. The user should then be able to log in without SSL enabled.
