This metric records the length of time users spend within an application. The clock starts when the user selects a page from the application for the first time and continues as long as they access pages within the application. When the user clicks on a link that takes them to a page outside the application or they are inactive for longer than five minutes, then the clock terminates and the duration of their activity is recorded in this metric.
This error indicates that an unsupported cipher suite has been selected for encrypting the data between the client and the web server. This prevents Foglight Experience Monitor from decrypting the client’s session. Usually, this problem can be corrected by limiting the available cipher suites on the web server to the list of Foglight Experience Monitor supported ciphers.
This field is used in the User Session category to record the originating city for a user session. This field may be blank if the user session is from an internal user (intranet). Also, some user locations cannot be determined because the users are connecting through proxy servers (for example, AOL customers).
