Start-DR2000v

Purpose

Syntax

Start-DR2000v —Name <DR2000v Name> —SwitchName_NIC0 <switch name> _SwitchName_NIC1 <switch name> [—ComputerName <VM Host Name>] [—UserName <username> —Password <password>]

Parameters

Name: Specify the DR2000v name.
SwitchName_NICx: Specify the virtual switch for the virtual NICs.
ComputerName: Specify the Hyper-V server name, hostname, or fully qualified domain name.
UserName: Specify user name.
Password: Specify password.

Stop-DR2000v

Purpose

Syntax

Stop-DR2000v –Name <DR2000v Name> [-ComputerName <VMHost Name>] [-UserName <username> -Password <password>]

Parameters

Name: Specify the DR2000v name.
ComputerName: Specify the Hyper-V server name, hostname, or fully qualified domain name.
UserName: Specify user name.
Password: Specify password.
NOTE: The Start-DR2000v and Stop-DR2000v are Power Shell Cmdlets that must be added into your scripting infrastructure for management.
