User Object List

The User Object list displays a list of the objects assigned to a specific user. For more information on objects, see the “Object Management” section in the appropriate change management chapter.

The User Objects list is arranged in columns. Each line of the list represents an object assigned to the user.

The User Object list displays the following fields:

CSR # - The CSR that the object is associated with.
Flags - Displays icons that represent various types of information about the object. For more information on objects, see the “Object Management” section in the appropriate change management chapter.
Type - The type of object.
Object - The name of the object.
Database - The PeopleSoft database or generic application environment in which the object resides.
Mod - Indicates whether or not the object has been modified. Values include No if the object has not been modified, Yes if it has, and Unk if Stat cannot make a determination. New if the object does not exist.

User Approval List

The User Approval list displays a list of the migrations and status transfers that a specific user has either yet to approve or has rejected. A user’s approval can be required or optional. For more information on migration approvals, see the “Object Migrations” section in the appropriate change management chapter. For more information on status transfer approvals, see Approving Status Transfers .

The User Approval List displays the following fields:

CSR # - The CSR on which the migration or status transfer is documented.
Title - The title of the CSR.
Status - If blank, the approval is pending. Displays the value Rejected if the user declined to approve the migration or status transfer.
Approval Type - Indicates if the approval is for a migration or status transfer.
Database - For migration approvals only. Displays the name of the target database.
Archive ID - For migration approvals only. The ID of the archive set in this migration.
Archive Type - For migration approvals only. Indicates the archive set type: base, interim, or final.
Archive Description - For migration approvals only. The description of the archive set.
From Status - For status transfer approvals only. The status that the CSR is to transfer from.
To Status - For status transfer approvals only. The status that the CSR is to transfer to.
Approver Type - Indicates whether the user is authorized to make the approval on either an individual basis or as the member of a user class.
Required - Indicates whether the approval is required or optional.
Min Approvals - Displays the minimum number of optional users in a class who must approve the migration or status transfer.
Assigned Date - The time and date that the migration or status transfer was assigned to the user for approval.

User Task List

The Task list displays the open tasks assigned to specific users. Remember that the My Tasks tab displays all the tasks assigned only to you. For more information, see The Task/Time Tab .

As with the CSR list, the User Task list is divided in multiple sections:

The User Task List displays the following fields:

CSR # - The CSR to which the task belongs.
Activity Code - The activity code for the task. These codes represent different types of tasks and are defined within service domains.
Task Description - A short description of the task. This can be the description associated with the activity code, a description entered automatically by Stat, or a description entered by the user adding the task.
Hours Estimate - The estimated number of hours needed to complete the task.
Hours Actual - The number of hours users have worked towards completion of this task. If the actual number of hours exceeds the estimated hours, this value is displayed in red.
Hours Remain - The difference between the estimated and actual number of hours for the task. If the actual hours exceed the estimated hours, or there is no estimate for this task, the value is zero.
Has Comments - Indicates whether comments have been entered for the task.
Due Date - The date and time the task is to be completed. As with CSRs, past-due tasks are flagged with a blue exclamation mark.
Assigned To - The Stat user assigned to the task.

Customizing the Support Console

You can customize the Support Console to meet your particular needs. Clicking Setup on the console opens the Personal Configuration window. From here you can:
