What’s New in Version 20.10.0

Binary Tree is now part of Quest. All product names and brand elements have been updated for Binary Tree Migrator Pro for Exchange 20.10.0 to reflect this change.

The following previous updates are included in version 20.10.0:

20.7.1.5

  • An issue where Public Folder worker items would stop processing has been resolved. (22202)

20.7.1.4

  • Public Folder rationalization has been updated to prevent marking Public Folders as deleted when an exception is encountered and to prevent SQL deadlocks. 

    Also, a configurable setting has been added to the E2EAppSettings.config file to control what percentage (1 to 100) of deleted vs total folders.

    Property Name: MaxPublicFolderDeleteThreshold

    Default value: 75

    When set to 0, no Public Folders will be are marked as deleted. (21306)

  • An issue where a worker error when finding target items caused the creation of duplicate items in the target has been resolved. (20327)

  • An issue where Public Folders were still incorrectly displayed as deleted when the forest refresh had Public Folder job failures has been resolved. This is an update to the fix for issue 19858. (20190)

  • The "User Deletes" option has been added to the Public Folders Permissions settings. When this option is selected, Public Folder user permissions deleted from the source folder are deleted from the target folder. For Bi-Directional Synchronization, this option can be selected for one direction, Source to Target or Target to Source. (18266)

  • An issue where connection issues during a forest refresh caused Public Folder jobs to be cancelled and Public Folders showing as deleted has been resolved. (19858)

  • The option to skip the service user credential validation has been added to the installer. (19976)
