The Add Objects button is disabled. (4383317)

When the CSR is moved along in the workflow, the option to add objects is disabled.

The option to add objects at a certain workflow status is controlled at the Status Workflow level.

1. Go to Maintenance | Domain Specific | Workflow.
2. Locate the workflow that the CSR is using.
3. Double-click the workflow, then the workflow status.
4. Make sure the "Disable add objects" box is not checked.

If you don't want to use this feature, please uncheck the obj control option at the workflow level.
Changes will be effective on new CSRs. Changes made now will not affect existing CSRs.
