Several of our end users are not able to get to “file path 1” (windows) to attach their SQRs, etc. Here are the symptoms.
If they pick the environment and object type from the Objects tab, it will think and think, then will only bring in the values from “file path 2” (unix).
If they click on the “read file” button and try to read it in, they can navigate to the mapped drive, pick the SQR, click finish, and it will never complete. STAT will hang and they need to end the task. It sounds like permissions of some kind, but they can connect from the command prompt using ftp.exe to the windows server, and they can navigate the folders and open the SQR they are trying to read into STAT. The network firewalls, windows server firewall, and the FTP service on the windows server are all functioning as expected. The people that are currently experiencing the problem just recently had their machines re-imaged with Windows 7. Other users who have Windows 7 do NOT have this problem
