When we try to create a CSR using the web client, we cannot select the Assigned To field. It appears this only happens when there is only one choice for the work queue. If there are two choice for work queue, and you toggle between them, then you can select the user to assign to. However, when only one work queue exists for the first status of the workflow, you cannot toggle, and the Assigned To field is grayed out.
This issue occur when using IE 8 with Stat 5.5.0. STAT 5.5.0 only suport IE are Microsoft Internet Explorer (Windows) Versions 6.0 and 7.0. If you want to support IE 8 then upgrade to Stat 5.5.5 or 5.6.0.
