The following error occur when trying to test connect to file servers:

"Disconnected from the server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx abnormally. Please check the authentication method and other configuration parameters."
Cause

Incompatible ciphers - AES256CTR
Resolution

RESOLUTION:

Upgrade to Stat 5.7.0. This version will support ciphers AES for CBC or CTR
