Upgraded to STAT 6.1. The hyperlinks on the Description tab are not clickable in CSR Change Management mode. If I switch to CSR Edit mode, the link is clickable. From CSR Change Management mode, if you hold down the Ctrl key, the link does open even though the cursor never changes to a pointing hand. This is a problem because many of our users have a functional Stat license and don't have CSR Edit mode.
Cause
Prior to Stat 6.1.0 version, the Description/Resolution tab was Text Control artifacts. To support 64 bit Stat had to change the Rich Text Editor (RTE) and it was replaced with Web Control (CK Editor) - Web Component artifacts.
Resolution
Solution 1:
To open links users have to use CTRL key as a workaround.
Solution 2:
Developer found a solution that would allow user to do single click to open the links. It will be fixed in 6.1.0 Hf-b. STAT-3333. Apply the HF-b when available.
