Using Service Now ticketing software and looking for ways to automate some of the migration related work. If there is a way that when a ticket is created in Service Now for a CSR migration, STAT can be setup to do the migration work automatically. Basically, looking to see if STAT has a capability to monitor the tickets and if a condition is set, tile of the ticket is Migration CSR, Stat can auto migrate that CSR.
Does Stat Integrate with Service Now Ticketing software ?
Currently it is not possible. It might be an eligible enhancement request for the future Stat versions.
