It's a new workflow and migration path and the databases involved in this workflow are unique and not in any other workflow. Trying to migrate Page Activate Peoplecode and Component Rec Peoplecode it is able to make and archive set of the source just fine but it doesn't work when migrating them. It does not migrate to the stage database as well as the target db. The objects exist in the source and it's able to copy them manually from appdesigner from the source to the destination.
