How manager control his developers CSRs ? -
Resolution
The Admin can group the developer in a queue then from the Stat Console click the Setup button, open the Availabe List and select Queue to create a new tab in the console. This will list all the CSRs assigned to that queue. User can select any option or operation they want to control and create any tabs to easily monitor.
