The archive sets are stored in the stat repository. No archive cannot be downloaded from Stat and place it to TFS manually. Archive has to be migrate it from one environment to another.
Stat can archive from VCM repository and migrate it to the target ebiz db as long as they are have the same folder structure. As far as I know, Stat does not have the ability to migrate to the VCM repository.
The idea of this is to take a file from VCM repository and deploy it to other ebiz environment or working directory.
Go to Maintenance | General | Object types | select oracle apps file objects.
Those will be the file object types that can be retrieve from the VCM repository.
If you have more file types that you can want to retrieve from the VCM repository then you will need to create them from there.
