It could happen that in some circumstances a new workflow has been renamed with the same name of an existent workflow.
In this case the new CSRs don't pick up the correct queue and it is greyed out and the old workflow cannot be deactivated because has some CSR still opened.
1. Open the new workflow and copy or save a bitmap of the business rule somewhere in an editor so you can recreate them later.
2. Drop the Business Rule link.
3. Open a CSR and change the CSR type and save it. Revert it back and now you can choose the right queue for the workflow desired.
