In Stat 5.7.0, experiencing client crashes often when moving between CSR's double clicking from a tab list (service domain tabs) and / or when moving between windows in a CSR (ie from main window to peoplesoft objects window). The window box will come up but not fill in.
Windows STAT client crashes with the following errors:
Error(2) null object reference in uo_richtext by the function uf_gettextlengh at line 24
Error(2) null object reference in uo_richtext by the function at uf_setreadonly at line 34
Development has identified that there is a memory leak issue with the third party ftp/Sftp component that was initiated in 5.7.0.
In STAT 5.7.0 the Hotfix-e has a partial fix for Windows Client. The issue is addressed in 5.7.1 and a more robust fix is coming in 5.7.2.
