Unable to create base archive of DB objects on WebLogic
Description

Stat 5.7.1 central agent on Oracle WebLogic 11.
Users are not able to create base archive of database objects like Package, Procedure ,function etc. receiving ORA-1403: No data found error. They can create base archive for others EBS object like concurrent, forms and file objects.
Earlier it was working, suddenly users are receiving the ORA error while creating base archive of DB objects.
Cause

The stat_agent.log shows internal error when agent tries to archive the schema object. Seems like when agent tries to create the datasource for D_BSDLC1P, there is an issue.

Resolution

Solution 1
1. Log into the weblogic console and delete any datasources other than StatDataSource.
2. Make sure you ‘Activate Changes’ at the end so to release any Locks. Hopefully that will clear up the datasource issue.
Solution 2.
1. Reinstall Stat Central Agent for WebLogic fixes the issue.
