Central Agent crashes when running large reports.
Description

Users who either select large report criteria set either on purpose or by accident are crashing the Stat agents. The issue started to appear in Stat 5.8.1 and development added a new global parameter that controls the maximum record number to be extracted. It seems that in Stat 6.1 this parameter doesn't work.
Cause

The Jasperreports has a limit in data handling in the report.
Resolution

The Jasperreports has a limit in data handling in the report. What Stat can do is to check if number of row’s is over certain value.
But this is not accurate since user data could be very different. Restrict the criteria to retrieve llower number data or lower down the value (Report maximum number of records allowed) in the System Maintenance window will solve the problem.
