Report Wizard | Stat users Service Domain Access showing up users that belongs to different service domain. It seems that the parameter list doesn't work properly due to a Service Domain. The report should generate and shows represented ONLY the users that have access to that Service Domain if the User parameter is defaulted to ANY.
The parameter ANY means it is using a "%" in the where clause to grab ALL users regardless of Service Domain.
It's the only way to get ALL users in one report. Otherwise the user has to run the report separately for each service domain.
Since it is basically impossible to solve the report needs of all with any given report, STAT development have added the ability for the customer to modify reports or create their own and add them to the Stat repository so that they can be run through Stat and they will not be overwritten by any Stat upgrades.
In this case users need iReport 4.0.1 which can be downloaded from JasperSoft. They can modify the report jrxml file named <stat_home>\report\maintenancesecuritysettings\format\dw_rpt_tbl_users_svc_domain.jrxml and then save the file with a different name to <stat_home>\report\Custom. Afterward, they can upload the file to the Stat repository using Stat Reports maintenance.
