By archive sync wizard allows for migrations from the wizard, but it doesn’t keep track of state-based activities.
So it doesn’t recognized what occurred before and after a Refresh.
But the Migration History Wizard does even if it doesn’t allow for a migration from that wizard.
You can get a list of the archive sets that were migrated to a given environment in a given date range and migrate those again, either from individual CSRs or as part of a Mass Migration.
If the site uses Release ids to do migrations it becomes relatively simple.
When you indicate that a Refresh has been done, Stat partitions the data into before the Refresh and after the Refresh. “State-based” is after the Refresh.
Anything that occurred before the Refresh is displayed as if it came from the source environment, not the target environment, if “state-based” is checked.
If it’s not checked, then it shows actual history to the environment.
