After migrate the Email server from Gmail to Microsoft Outlook the Stat email outbound notification don't work anymore.
Once a CSR is created and the rules are satisfied an email notification is provided to designed addresses.
However, if the In-house CC Application sends an email notice to STAT - it is not received by STAT.
The issue looks like working internally but not external.
Approval email notice is being emailed to users - but the reply is not being received by STAT.
By the Email Server Admin there is a pending validation of the POP3 server.
