Is it possible to have an option to decide if apply or not a patch which was already applied ?
Description

While applying an already applied patch in EBS environment STAT is taking "Yes" command by default and allow DBA to apply the same patch.
It might be possible that STAT will prompt to DBA for Yes /NO option like an interactive mode ?
Resolution

Currently there is not a way within Stat. Everything is done in the background
To apply patches Stat invokes the Oracle utility adpatch. Most probably that utility has a parameter
interactive/non-interactive mode that you can use outside of Stat.
Maybe an Enhancement Request could be submitted for a future release.
