The first step to create a CSR from an email notification is to configure the agent accepting IMAP or POP3 inbound notification.
Go to Maintenance | Stat Central Agent | Email setting.
Once the configuration is set and the user is able to receive the email notification or test connection works,
in the Default Values tab you have to fill the values for the creation of the CSR.
