An object is considered Undocumented if it has been modified but is either not associated with a CSR or, if it is associated with a CSR, it has been modified after the CSR was closed or the object was unlocked.
An object is considered version-changed if it is associated with CSR but is in the process of being modified.
After the wizard has identified any Undocumented objects, you can then associate them with CSRs.
Because version-changed objects are already associated with CSRs, they are reported for informational purposes.
