How do I get the Project Name field to show in the Approval emails? Since different people are required to Approve a CSR depending on what the Project is -
Cause
The Project name or code field is not available in the Email Setting | Approvals tab. -
Resolution
Usually, the fields in the Email Approval Notification are selected by Email Setting | Approvals tab.Unfortunately, the Project field is not listed in the fields available.So, if needed you can log an Enhancement Request for the future release.
