When creating CSR without user right "CSR Status - Change" we get message "User doesn't have the right to change the CSR Status"
Description

Getting message "User doesn't have the right to change the CSR Status" after saving a CSR for the first time without changing the Status. When not having user right "CSR Status - Change"
Cause

Defect id
Resolution

Workaround:
1. Go to the location where you have installed the Stat desktop client, the default location is the following:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Stat 6.3.0
2. Backup the original stcsr1.pbd and replace with the one that we have attached on this ticket.
3. Also, you should disable "Status Transfer Override" user right. Without this right, user won't be able to select CSR Status.
4. If open, log off from Stat client and log back in.
P.S: If you have "CSR Workflow - Change" user right disable, you might also want to enable it again.
