Business Rules emails not showing full text in Description field -
Description
The emails triggered by Business Rules are not showing the complete information (from the CSR Description box) in the EMAIL Description field. -
Cause
Stat generates email using Bussines rule report. DEV upgraded Jasper libraries in hf-j. However there are original reports compiled with older version of Jasper, causing conflict. -
Resolution
Follow next steps in SCA server:
1. cd $STAT_HOME\report
2. rm -rf *jasper
