1. Run this query:
SELECT * FROM MERC_EMAIL_CFG_DET
WHERE SD_CD='ENTER_SERVICE_DOMAIN_CODE'
Pay attention to the usage_cd column. There should be a usage_cd APPR. If not, then proceed to step #2
2. Go to Maintenance | Stat central agent | Email Settings | select the service domain from the drop down list. Go to approvals tab and check one or two options. Make sure the message header and footer contain data. Click apply.
3. Run this query again and there should be a usage_cd 'APPR':
SELECT * FROM MERC_EMAIL_CFG_DET
WHERE SD_CD='ENTER_SERVICE_DOMAIN_CODE'
