Trying to copy a workflow within the same CSR Type and the same Migration Path wiht preserving Environments in Status and Transfer Rules. However, recceive an error message as per document attached, although it is the same Service Domain, CSR Type and Migration Path as the source workflow.
The highlighted user class was not associated with at least one stat user.
Run the following query against the stat db:
SELECT DISTINCT USER_CLASS_CD FROM STAT.USER_SVC_DOMAINS WHERE SD_CD = 'enter_service_domain'
Take a look at the return data and make sure that you see a row for the user class that you are using in the transfer rule.
