Description
Received the following error when trying to add any psoft objects to some of the new windows host machine:
EJBCLIENT000025: No EJB receiver available for handling combination of invocation context

Cause
Port 9990 was blocked by Oracle On Demand firewall. -
Resolution
Make sure that port 9990 is open -
Additional Information
The port opening is related to Stat Central Agent server. It should be open to all the machine that would communicate to the Stat Central Agent.
