Add the ability to assign a temporary password (4252565)

Please add functionality to allow the Stat Administrator to EASILY set a temporary password for a Stat user.

From a security standpoint, it is not good to have NO PASSWORD. Anyone that knows someone else's User ID could easily hack into Stat.

For some clients, this is a major security flaw.

This functionality should be available both when creating a new User and also when resetting a password for a user.
