I have the ability to run all the reports from the workstation client install. However when I try to execute any reports from the web client all I can do select the Category and Report: The link for Criteria and Generate is grayed out.
To view a report in Stat Web, the report must have saved criteria applied to it previously defined in the Stat Windows client, and the report must also be scheduleable, meaning the Stat Agent can be configured to e-mail, export, or print the job at certain time intervals. Below are the steps to save report criteria:
1. Logon to the stat windows client
2. Go to Reports | Report Library
3. For example, you can select the report called csrs by application from csr reports drop down list
4. Click the save as button to save the criteria
5. Now logon to stat web and try to generate this report.
