We are experiencing performance issue when trying to retrieve objects from vcm repository. It appears to take about 25 minutes to retrieve form file.
PVCS index problem.
1. Put the stat central agent in debug mode and try to retrieve the object listing again.
2. In the server.log, you will see a similar log start with pcli -nb listrevision
3. Get the same and run outside of Stat to see if the same issue occur
4. Contact Serena vendor to obtain a script to index the repository
